基于分布式优化策略的水利工程监理多项目管理研究

摘要

This paper expounded the present situation of water conservancy project supervision project management, analyzed the causes for the unsatisfactory effect of water conservancy project supervision and proposed idea of multi-project management for water conservancy project supervision based on distributed optimization strategy. Through analogy of the development history of computer technology, it pointed out that using distributed optimization strategy will bring a favourable turn to multi-project supervision management development.%院本文阐述了水利工程监理项目管理的现状，分析了水利工程监理效果无法提高的原因，提出了基于分布式优化策略的水利工程监理多项目管理的思路，类比计算机技术的发展历史，指出了采用分布式优化策略将给监理多项目管理发展带来重大的转机。
