现场管理体系运行流程与控制研究

摘要

现场管理活动如同人类的生命活动。本文阐述了现场管理的概念和包含的基本内容，从目标、信息、问题和标准等方面说明了现场管理的运行，剖析了现场管理的运行流程，最后分析了现场管理体系运行控制的对象和措施。%Fieldwork management activities are as the human life activities. This paper describes the concept and basic content of fieldwork management, illustrates the operation of fieldwork management from the aspect of target, information, problem and standard and so on, analyses the running processes of fieldwork management. Finally, we analyze the object and measures of the running control to the system of fieldwork management.
