河北省产业结构调整与大学生就业相关性分析及对策研究

摘要

本文以河北省为例，分析了产业结构和大学生就业结构的现状，并从产业结构的视角分析大学生就业，运用产业结构偏离度和就业弹性系数剖析产业结构与就业结构的关联性，提出实现产业转型，促进大学生就业的对策建议。%Taking Hebei province as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of industrial structure and college student employment structure, and analyzes students' employment from the perspective of industrial structure. The correlation of industry structure and employment structure is analyzed using deviation degree and employment elasticity coefficient. Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to realize industry transformation and promote the university students' employment.
