Private-equity investment fund is an important evaluation index for region finance development condition, and is also an important method of developing direct financing. This paper analyzes the development situation and problems of private-equity fund in Sichuan province and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.%私募股权投资基金是一个地区金融业发展状况的重要考核指标，也是发展直接融资的重要手段。本文在对四川省私募股权投资基金发展现状和存在问题进行分析的基础上，提出了相应的解决对策和建议。
