高层建筑工程关键施工技术要点分析

随着市场经济体制的建立与完善，市场竞争越加激烈。对于新时期的项目组织者来说，需要对施工项目进行认真组织、精心施工，这是项目组织者必须具备的条件。本文通过对施工特点进行分析，同时深入研究高层建筑施工过程中的关键技术，以及相关的要求。高层建筑与多层建筑的施工技术相比，其施工特点主要表现为施工技术复杂、施工周期长、工程量大等。本文就此阐述了自己的观点，进而在一定程度上为高层建筑的施工提供参考依据。%With the establishment and improvement of market economy, market competition is becoming more and more intense. Careful organization and meticulous construction is the essential requirement for project organizers in the new period. This article analyzes the construction characteristics and further study of the key technologies and related requirements in the process of high-rise building construction. Compared with multi-story building, high-rise building construction has the characteristics of complex construction technology, long construction period and large work quantity. This article states the author's opinion, in hope of providing reference for the construction of the high-rise building.
