探析高职院校“精英班”模式高技能创新人才培养之路--以常州信息职业技术学院网络与通信工程学院“网络精英班”为例

Talent training quality is the core of modern education. To improve the quality of personnel training, must "deep the reform of education, promote quality education, innovate education method". With the popularization of higher education, more and more enterprises need excellent talents to adapt to the competition of the society to make their enterprise in the impregnable position. Based on this, a variety of elite class and elite education arises at the historic moment. This paper takes School of Network and Communications of Changzhou College of Information Technology as the example to introduce that this school actively promotes university-enterprise cooperation education, specialty constructs the development of butted industry, opens "network engineering elite class", explores the outstanding talents training ways of"elite class"model.%人才培养质量是现代教育的核心。提高人才培养质量，必须“深化教育改革，推进素质教育，创新教育方法”。随着高等教育的普及化，越来越多的企业需要优秀的人才来适应社会的这种残酷竞争，使自己的企业立于不败之地，基于此，各种精英班与精英教育应运而生。文章以常州信息职业技术学院网络与通信工程学院为例，详细介绍了该院积极推进校企合作育人，专业建设对接产业发展，开设“网络工程精英班”，探索“精英班”模式的杰出人才培养之路。
