浅谈封包工艺的流程管理与实践研究

摘要

封包工艺是产品生产流水线上必不可少的一道流程。本文针对封包实际操作中普遍存在的工艺文件管理混乱、操作人员技能水平差、作业指导书执行不力等问题，结合封包工艺流程提出管理优化方案，为封包工艺管理提供一套可操作性较强的管理方法。%Packet is an essential process in the product production line. In view of the problems in the packet process, such as technology file management confusion, poor skill level of operators, poor implementation of operation instruction and so on, combined with packet process, the management optimization plan is proposed, proving a set of management method with strong maneuverability for packet process management.
