武汉城市圈大学生就业环境和就业能力结构分析

摘要

大学生充分就业是与社会稳定、经济繁荣息息相关的重要基础，而大学生就业能力的强弱则是大学生实现就业的关键因素。本文在回顾已有研究成果的基础上，对武汉城市圈大学生就业环境进行了分析，发现区域经济发展不平衡、产业结构不合理导致大量人才不能留在武汉城市圈工作。在了解大学生现有就业能力结构的基础上，提出了提高武汉城市圈大学生就业能力的政策建议。%Full employment of college students is an important foundation of social stability and economic prosperity, and the strength of college students' employability is the key factor to achieve employment of college students. Based on the review of existing research results, this paper analyzes the employment environment of college students in Wuhan city circle and finds that the uneven regional economic development and irrational industrial structure result in a large number of people cannot stay in Wuhan city circle to work. On the basis of understanding the structure of the existing employability, this paper proposes the recommendations for improving the employability of college students in Wuhan city circle.
