六安市灵活就业人员参加养老保险情况调研

摘要

Flexible employment personnel is mainly refers to self-employed workers, domestic workers and other flexible employment personnel (such as part-time, etc.), because they haven't employment forms of general business, they can't purchase employee social security through business, and their endowment and medical insurance would be a big problem. In this paper, with the case of Lu'an City, the situation and problems of flexible employment personnel's participation in endowment insurance are researched and analyzed, and the proposals and measures are proposed.%灵活就业人员主要是自营劳动者、家庭帮工和其他灵活就业人员（比如钟点工等），这类人群由于没有一般企业的用工和就业形式，因此无法通过单位购买职工社保，其养老和医疗就成了大问题。本文以六安市为例，针对灵活就业人员参加养老保险的基本情况和存在的问题展开调研和分析，提出改善灵活就业人员参加养老保险的建议和措施。
