武器装备科研生产交叉中的风险分析

摘要

针对武器装备发展过程中出现的科研生产交叉新情况，对其特点进行了详细地分析。在此基础上，通过引入项目风险管理方法，对科研生产交叉中的各类情形存在的风险进行了识别，并就其对质量、费用、进度和安全等方面的影响进行了分析，最后结合具体实践给出了风险控制相应的对策。%Aimed at the research and production crossing circumstance which appears in weapon equipment developing, the characteristics are analyzed in detail. Then, taking advantages of project risk management, the risk exists in research and production is identified and the influence to quality cost progress and security are analyzed. Finally, strategies for controlling the risk are approved combining with practice.
