基于AHP-模糊综合评价的绿色建筑设计阶段风险评价研究

摘要

绿色建筑设计阶段是整个绿色建筑项目的重点阶段，该阶段任务完成情况直接关系整个项目能否达到预期目标和要求，必须对绿色建筑的设计风险进行有效管理。本文首先分析了绿色建筑项目设计阶段存在的主要风险因素，然后运用AHP对绿色建筑的设计风险各层因素进行权重分析，找出关键的风险因素并提出相应建议措施。%Green building design is the key stage of green building project. Its completion directly influences if the whole project can meet the expected requirement and goals. So the risks of green building design must be supervised effectively. Firstly recognize the major risk factors of green building design, and confirm the each layer factors’weights through AHP, then scientifically and objectively evaluate risk grade for green building design stage with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Lastly, rank all underlying factors according to the weights of AHP, find out the key risk factors and put forward some measures.
