劳务派遣员工医疗保障问题研究--以保洁员为例

         

摘要

我国劳务派遣的发展始于1980年的外商代表处用工,在21世纪初期,劳务派遣用工形式在我国发展速度明显加快。近年来,这种趋势更是在不断迅速提高。由于劳务派遣的发展,也促进了我国劳动者的就业状况。许多外来务工人员也迅速而且不断的涌入城市中,寻求更好的工作机会和生存条件。这种状况的出现,也为我国社会发展的和谐带来一定的问题。比如,外来务工人员的医疗保障问题是一个隐患,如果不加以关注和解决,会带来一系列的衍生问题。本文从劳务派遣群体入手,浅谈一下相关的问题和解决方法。%Labor dispatching in China was from the foreign representative office workers in 1980. In the early 21st century, the development of the employment form of labor dispatching speeding up in China. In recent years, this trend has rapidly increased. The development of labor dispatching promotes the employment situation of China's workers. Many migrant workers rapidly and constantly pack into the city to seek better opportunities and living conditions. The emergence of this situation brings some problems for harmonious development of the society in China. For example, the medical security problem of migrant workers is a hidden dangerous, if not to pay attention to and solve it, there will be a series of derivative problems. From the groups with labor dispatching, this paper discuss the related problems and solutions.
