SUV车型挡杆振动的原因分析及控制解决

摘要

This paper is aimed to study the problem of suv shift lever vibration and analyze the reason and type of transmission shift lever vibration. It studies from two aspects of transmission spacing and returning structure and raise the vibration countermeasures to do test verification. This countermeasure solves this problem successfully.%本文针对某SUV挡杆振动问题进行研究，分析了变速器挡杆振动产生的原因和类型，并从变速器限位结构、回位结构两个方面对变速器振动进行了研究，提出了振动解决方案并进行验证测试。最终证明该方案良好地解决了变速器挡杆振动问题。
