湖北省医疗纠纷的发生率还相对较高，医患矛盾还比较尖锐，在医调委的设立中司法局、卫计委发挥着主导作用，但联合治理的弊端凸显，领导主体还模糊不清，调解员的地位、待遇还有待提高，部分地方的领导和政府还不够重视，调解工作经费保障不到位，诉讼解决面临着鉴定渠道不畅、鉴定程序效率低、不规范等问题，为此，必须明确医调委领导责任、保障医调委工作经费，吸引充实调解人才，加强医保结合机制研究，加强法院与鉴定机构、医院、患者、社会各界的沟通与联系。%The incidence of medical disputes in Hubei province is relatively high, and doctor-patient conflicts are sharp. The justice bureau and health development planning commission play a leading role in the establishment of medical dispute mediation committee. But the disadvantages of joint governance is prominent, the leadership body is vague and the status and treatment of the mediator needs to be improved, and some local leaders and the governments don’t pay enough attention. The fund guarantee for mediation work is not in place. Lawsuit solution is also facing a lot of problems: not free identification channel, low efficiency of the identification procedure, and nonstandard problems. Therefore, it is necessary to make clear the responsibility of the medical dispute mediation committee leadership, guarantee the medical committee working funds, attract the mediation personnel, strengthen health combining mechanism, strengthen the communication and contact of court and authentication institutions, hospitals, patients and all walks of life.
