基于区域发展的高职院校科研团队构建策略探析

摘要

基于区域发展的高职院校应用创新型科研团队有利于整合技术服务资源，提高技术服务水平，提升服务社会影响力。本文分析了高职院校科研团队的现状，以常州机电职业技学院应用创新型科研团队为例，应用项目管理的思想和方法研究了高职院校科研团队建设模式的构建，探讨了应用创新型科研团队建设的实施、保障和成效。%The applied innovative research team based on regional development in higher vocational colleges is conducive to integrating technical services resources, improving technical services and improving social service influence. This paper analyzes the current situation of the research team in higher vocational colleges, taking applied innovative research team of Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology for example, applies project management idea and method to study the construction mode of the research team, and discusses the implementation, security and effectiveness of the applied innovative research team.
