此次调查以绍兴职业技术学院四个分院的志愿者为研究对象，采用问卷调查法，以参加志愿活动动机中的社会目的和个人目的为主要考察点，对众多学生参加志愿活动的动机进行了调查和研究。研究结果表明，以服务社会、自我提升、获得成就、获得认同为主的动机因素在志愿者的出发点上占有极大地比例，在相当程度上起着决定性作用，是绝大多数的学生申请加入志愿活动的出发点。我们应当从大学生参与志愿活动的动机出发，创造有力的条件，创造能满足他们需要的有意义的服务项目，号召更多的学生积极地加入到志愿者的行列之中。%This investigation takes the volunteers in the four branch of Shaoxing Vocational&Technical College as the research object, sues questionnaire method, takes the social and individual purpose of the volunteer activities motivation as the main investigation points to investigate and research the volunteer activities motivation of the students. The research results show that, the motivation factors of social services, self-development, achievement obtained, identification obtained have greatly proportion in the starting point of the volunteers. These play a decisive role in a great extent, and they are the starting point of the vast majority of students to participate in volunteering. We should start from the motivation of college students participating in volunteer activities, create meaningful service projects that can meet their needs to call for more students to actively participate in the volunteers.
