健全联防联控机制,持续推进口岸核心能力建设--泉州口岸公共卫生联防联控机制建设工作反思

摘要

通过总结泉州口岸公共卫生联防联控机制建设成效经验，比对《国际卫生条例（2005）》、全国公共卫生应急核心能力建设等要求，查摆口岸联防联控机制建设弱项，提出与通航口岸、口岸有关部门、地方政府部门、系统内部联动协作等改进措施，以持续提升口岸卫生检疫核心能力，更好保障口岸卫生安全。%Through summarizing the success construction experience of joint defence and control of public health in Quanzhou port, comparing the requirements of International Health Regulations (2005), national public health emergency core competence construction, detecting the construction weaknesses of joint defence and control in the port, the improvement measures for the shipping port, port authorities, local governments, internal collaboration of the system are put forward to enhance the health and quarantine core capabilities of the port and better safeguard the port health security.
