工程建设信息化管理的研究现状和发展分析

摘要

本文介绍了工程建设中信息化管理的现状，分析了由于管理体制缺陷、标准不统一等制约因素导致信息化管理没有达到预期效果，通过以BIM系统和ERP系统的结合应用为例提出了全寿命周期中工程建设信息化管理的框架模式，该模式的使用将使工程建设更加经济、高效、绿色。%This paper introduces the current situation of informatization management in engineering construction and analyses the reason for information management having not achieved the desired results is management system defects, disunity standard and other restricting factors. The article, through the combined application of BIM system and ERP system for example, presents a framework model of engineering construction informatization management in the whole life cycle. The use of the model will make the construction more economic, efficient and green.
