河南省全面建成小康社会实现度的测评研究

摘要

The Eighteenth Congress of the CPC put forward the overall objective of achieving the moderately prosperous society in 2020. Henan Province has made remarkable achievements in the process of building a moderately prosperous society, but there are many difficulties and problems. Based on the requirements and specific objectives of building a moderately prosperous society, this paper quantified the basic situation and achievement degree of building a moderately prosperous society in Henan Province in 2013, and explored the corresponding recommendations for improvement combined with the main difficulties in construction.%党的十八大提出要在2020年实现全面建成小康社会的总体目标。河南省在全面建设小康社会的进程中取得了显著成绩，但也存在着很多建设的难点和问题。以全面建设小康社会的要求和具体目标为基础，对2013年河南省全面建设小康社会的基本情况和实现度进行了量化研究，并结合主要的建设难点，探讨了相应的改进建议。
