城市轨道交通工程造价控制分析

摘要

随着当前社会经济的快速发展，轨道交通在城市的发展当中发挥着举足轻重的作用。城市轨道交通因其容量大、速度快、安全、环保、准时、舒适等特点，成为一种有效解决城市交通问题必不可少的交通工具。城市轨道交通建设速度及规模不断加大，截止2014年末，我国累计有22个城市建成投运城轨线路101条，运营线路长度3155公里。但因为城市轨道交通造价太大，一定程度上制约了其建设与发展，因此分析研究城市轨道交通工程造价的控制具有重要的现实性意义。%With the current rapid social and economic development, the rail transit plays a pivotal role in development of city. For its large capacity, high speed, safety, environmental protection, punctuality and comfort features, urban rail transit has become an effective and indispensable means for solving the urban transport problems. The construction speed and scale of urban rail transit continues to increase, and at the end of 2014, China's 22 cities has built 101 urban rail transit lines, and the total length of lines reaches 3155 km. But because of the large cost of urban rail transit, its construction and development is restricted to a certain extent, so the analysis of urban rail transit project cost control has important practical significance.
