In recent years, with the application and popularity of mobile devices, more and more companies add mobile office to the informatization construction process, and competition among enterprises are gradually changed from product and service competition to time and efficiency competition. This paper discusses the impact of mobile devices on enterprise competitiveness and how to better and effectively apply the mobile device to mobile office, and conducts accurate positioning for the system functions, designs a set of cloud computing server for mobile devices, at the same time provides centralized data management and security protection, in addition, on the basis of the analysis of the technical characteristics, further describes the development direction and prospects of the service system.%近年来，随着移动产品设备的应用普及，促使越来越多的企业把移动办公加入到信息化建设进程中，企业间的竞争也逐步由产品、服务的竞争向时间、效率的竞争转化。本文讨论了移动设备对企业竞争力带来的影响，以及如何能更好地将移动设备有效地应用到移动办公中，并针对系统功能做了准确定位，设计了一套面向移动设备的云计算服务端，同时提供了数据集中管理和安全保护，另外在分析技术特点的基础上，进一步阐述了该服务体系的发展方向和应用前景。
