尘埃粒子计数器校准和测量能力的评定

摘要

依据尘埃粒子计数器不同的校准流量点，选取不同的计量标准设备分别进行不确定度的分析与评估，并最终给出评估的结果。%According to different calibrated flow point of optical particle counter, this paper selects different measurement standard equipments for the analysis and evaluation of uncertainty, and finally gives the assessment results.
