模具加工工艺优化设计

摘要

模具生产技术水平的高低，已成为衡量一个国家产品制造水平高低的重要标志。本文介绍了国内模具技术的现状，模具零件的制造特点以及利用价值工程理论方法对优化模具加工工艺进行优化设计的途径。以期达到保证加工质量最大限度地提高企业生产效率目的。%The level of mold production technology has become the important symbol to measure a national product manufacture level. This paper introduces the present situation of domestic mould technology, the manufacturing characteristics of mould parts and the optimization design mean of mold processing technology by using value engineering theory to ensure the processing quality maximize production efficiency.
