对唐河县新农村建设的几点思考

摘要

建设社会主义新农村，是党的十六届五中全会的一项重大决策。本文以唐河县新农村建设为例分析，从新农村建设后现状与发展两方面入手，从村落的布局，农民生活的方式，民居的功能及村落的配套设施等几方面具体问题展开探讨，以求共同进步。%The construction of new socialist countryside is one of the big decisions of the fifth plenary session of the Party's 16th CPC. Taking Tanghe new rural construction as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation and development of the new countryside construction, and discusses the issue from layout of the village, the farmers' way of life, the function of the houses and villages facilities and so on, in order to make progress together.
