浅析我国公司内部控制的问题及对策

With the economic globalization, in order to survive in the fierce competition environment, it is necessary for the companies in China to integrate with the world market, and further improve the corporate governance. The internal control is a central part of the corporate governance. At present, due to the influence of many factors, the company's internal control is not optimistic in China. This article analyzes the implications for the company's internal control, deep understanding the connotation of internal control, focusea on the current main problems of internal control in China, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to improve the quality of the company's internal control, and ensure the healthy development of the company.%随着经济全球化，我国公司要在激烈竞争的环境中生存，就必须与国际市场接轨，进一步完善我国公司的公司治理，而内部控制又是公司治理的中心环节。目前，由于诸多因素的影响，我国公司的内部控制不容乐观。本文从对公司内部控制的含义出发，深刻理解内部控制的内涵，重点对目前我国公司内部控制存在的主要问题进行总结，并提出相应的对策，以期提高公司的内部控制质量，保证公司健康发展。
