产业整合是市场经济发展的一个必然过程。种业也不例外，在竞争激烈的环境中，种业整合已经成为种业升级和发展的一个重要途径。本文主要研究影响种业整合风险的因素，从市场风险、财务风险、技术风险、管理风险、战略风险五个部分详细的介绍，并提出相应的建议和对策。%Industry consolidation is a necessary process of market economy. Of course, seed industry is no an exception, and the seed industry consolidation has become an important way of its upgrading and development in the competitive environment. This paper mainly studies the risk factors of seed industry consolidation, which is introduced in detail by five parts that is the market risk, financial risk, technology risk, management risk and strategic risk, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.
