本文论述了能源计量和能源审计的关系以及能源审计的概念、内涵、作用。根据多年的能源审计实践经验，本文着重论述了能源审计最重要的是帮助企业找到节能潜力，提高能源利用效率，降低企业运行成本，凸显用能企业整体价值。本文得出以下结论：能源审计最有价值的部分是找出节能潜力、提出合理节能建议。这个结论说明了能源审计只有正确找出节能潜力才能对用能企业具有实质性帮助。%This paper discusses the relationship between energy measurement and energy audit and the concept, connotation, function of energy audit. Based on years of experience in energy audit practice, this paper mainly discusses that the most important thing of energy audit is to help enterprises find the energy-saving potential, improve the efficiency of energy utilization, reduce the operating costs of enterprises, singularize the whole value of energy-using enterprises. This paper gets the conclusion:the most valuable part of energy audit is to find out the energy-saving potential, put forward the reasonable energy-saving suggestions. The conclusion shows that only to correctly find out the energy-saving potential of energy audit can it have substantive help for enterprises.
