A high performance liquid chromatography analysis method is established to accurately and rapidly determinate Sudan RedⅠ-Ⅳin food. Diode array detector is used to determine by changing the solvent extraction, simplifying the sample processing and changing the solvent standard substance. The standard curve regression coefficients of the 4 kinds of Sudan Red are above 0.999, the standard addition recovery rates are between 85.5% and 99.2%, the lowest detection limit is 10ug/Kg. The results show that using this method to determinate Sudan RedⅠ-Ⅳin food has the characteristics of rapid, sensitive and good stability.%建立一种准确快速测定食品中苏丹红玉-郁的高效液相色谱分析方法。通过改变提取溶剂,简化样品处理,改变标准物质的溶剂,用二极管阵列检测器进行测定。结果4种苏丹红标准曲线的回归系数均在0.999以上,加标回收率在85.5%-99.2%之间,最低检测限均为10ug/kg。结果表明用本方法测定食品中的苏丹红玉-郁的含量,具有快速、灵敏、稳定性好的特点。
