领导科学课程教学改革研究

摘要

In order to adapt to the army's talents mode transformation, this paper puts forward the teaching innovation objectives of leading science courses, describes the innovation ideas. Furthermore, it studies the teaching content innovation and the teaching method innovation, analyzes the function modules of network course innovation. The teaching innovation of leading science course is important for cultivating the leading abilities of college students for their first job.%为了适应部队人才模式的转型，本文明确了领导科学课程教学改革的目标指向，阐述了课程教学改革的思路，对课程教学内容改革和教学方法改革进行了深入研究，对网络课程建设改革的功能模块进行了分析。领导科学课程教学改革对于培养和锻炼学员第一任职岗位必需的领导管理能力具有重要作用。
