浅谈建设工程项目设计阶段成本控制

摘要

The design stage is crucial phase for the cost control of construction project, and rational and effective cost control measures can play a multiplier effect, therefore, the cost control in design phase is concerned. For how to conduct effective cost control in design phase and take reasonable control measures, most developers and enterprises are in the exploratory stage. Based on the understanding the theory knowledge about the cost control in design phase of the construction project, this paper proposes the principles need to follow and the control measures.%设计阶段是建设工程项目成本控制的关键阶段，合理有效地成本控制措施能起到事半功倍的效果，因此，设计阶段成本控制备受关注。如何进行有效的设计阶段成本控制，如何采取合理的控制措施，大多数开发商企业都处在摸索阶段。本文在认识建设工程项目设计阶段成本控制理论知识的基础上，具体提出其遵循原理和控制措施。
