海军航空兵航材保障能力评估指标体系研究

摘要

航材保障能力评估指标体系是实现航材保障能力评估的先决条件，本文阐述了航材保障能力评估指标体系的建立原则，结合Delphi构建方法，建立了航材保障能力评估指标体系，对开展海军航空兵场站航材保障能力评估，加强海军航空兵航材保障能力建设具有一定指导意义。%The evaluation index system of aeronautical material support capability is the prerequisite to evaluate the capability of aeronautical material support. The paper expounds the principles of establishing the evaluation index system of aeronautical material support capability and evaluates the capability of aeronautical material support by using the method of Delphi. It is useful to evaluate and strengthen the construction of the naval capability of aeronautical material support.
