抄表、核算、收费是供电企业管理工作的重要内容，被称之为供电营销的“三关”，它们既是经营活动的基础，又是其中心和重点工作。智能化抄表管理系统的功能、系统完善及应用，使现场抄表和智能化管理系统有机融合，实现了抄表的路径导航、地理位置信息优化、数据统计分析等功能，大大有效降低了抄表人员工作量，提高了工作效率。本文在分析供电企业智能化应用的基础上，描述了电力抄表核算业务在智能化应用中的措施和方法，归纳总结了电力抄表核算智能化技术的应用效果。%Meter reading, accounting and charging are important parts of the management of power supply company business, and they are called "three passes" of power marketing, they are both the foundation of business activities, and the center and focus.
