建筑施工现场情绪安全管理

摘要

文章通过分析建筑施工现场的特点以及事故致因机理，提出建筑施工现场情绪安全管理的思想，基于对建筑施工现场可能出现的负面情绪的分析，提出具体的情绪安全管理策略。%Through the analysis of the characteristics of the construction site and the causes of accident mechanism, this paper puts forward the thought of emotional safety management in the building construction site. Based on the analysis of negative emotions that may arise in the construction field, the specific emotional security management strategies are put forward.
