基于AHP法对购置节能住宅的决策应用

摘要

For domestic commodity residential purchase prices rising, and the situation in country to actively promote energy-efficient residential development and utilization. The paper will be analyzed by AHP on a number of factors and economic life in general need to consider the purchase of residential, to judge for actual purchase houses how to weigh a variety of factors. Use of AHP factors order to consider the issue when the decision by the overall objective, the sub-layers of objectives, evaluation criteria until a specific embodiment, the buyers were buyers for reference. Through the introduction of energy-efficient residential for comparison and decision-making to guide consumers to choose energy-efficient homes, promote the development and use of energy-efficient residential.%本文通过层次分析法对购置房屋时需要考虑的各种因素进行决策分析，然后将决策问题按评价准则划分出总目标、各层子目标等各类因素，用以指导购房者对这些因素进行合理权衡，最后引入节能住宅进行比较和决策，引导消费者选择节能住宅，推动节能住宅的开发与利用。
