提高D08-32型捣固车系统精度的探讨

摘要

随着高速铁路重载铁路使用的增多，对相关养路机械设备使用的要求标准要来越高。不过从实际情况来看，现阶段使用的不少机械养路设备在使用过程中，出现较多的问题，其中主要是测量方面的精度较差，这就给很多铁路线路的维护，带来一定的问题。在本文的研究中，重点对大型养路机械D08-32捣固车系统存在的问题进行了分析，并结合实际经验，提出提高作业精度的一些方案，通过实践证明，改进后的D08-32捣固车，维修作业精度得到了很大的提高，并且相关的零点校对也变得更加快捷。%With the increase in the use of high-speed railway and overloaded railway, the use requirements of related mechanical equipment are to a higher standard. But from the actual situation, many road machinery equipment have problems in the use process at present, the main problem of them is the poor measuring accuracy. It brings some difficulties for the maintenance of railway line. In this study, the existing problems of large road machinery D08-32 tamping machine system are analyzed. Combined with practical experience, some schemes for increasing the maintenance accuracy are put forward. The practice shows that, the maintenance work precision of improved D08-32 tamping machine is greatly improved, and the relevant zero check is also becoming more quickly.
