叶片曲面定位夹具设计

摘要

针对叶身型面采用无余量精铸的静叶片，只加工静叶片圆弧菱形榫头板并保证静叶片叶身型面与圆弧菱形榫头板的相互位置精度及尺寸精度，设计制作专用定位夹具，解决了加工静叶片圆弧菱形榫头板时的定位及装夹问题。%For the stator blade without margin casting used in leaf body type surface, this paper only processes the stationary blade arc diamond tenon board to ensure mutual positional accuracy and dimensional accuracy of stationary blade leaf body type surface and arc diamond tenon board, and designs special positioning fixture, which solves the locating problem and clamping problem of processing stationary blade arc diamond tenon board.
