文章以合肥师范学院人力资源管理专业2015届毕业生为调查对象,采取调查问卷的方式,对其就业意向开展调查,毕业生在求职准备、就业形势认识、期望薪酬等方面的结果,同时分析了影响人力资源管理专业毕业生就业的关键因素。最后就做好毕业生就业指导工作提出具体的改善对策。%This paper takes a questionnaire among the human resource management major graduates of 2015 in Hefei Normal University to investigate their employment intension. The job preparation, employment situation awareness and expected salary of the graduates are analyzed and the key factors affecting the employment of human resource management major graduates are also analyzed. Finally specific measures for graduates guidance work are proposed.
