浅谈气体超声波流量计换能器性能下降对天然气计量的影响

     

摘要

气体超声波流量计换能器是超声波的发射和接收装置,是测量声速和天然气流速的关键部件,也是流量计唯一与天然气直接接触的测量部件。在使用过程中,换能器的工作性能就会持续下降,将直接影响测量精度,造成计量误差。现场加强换能器的诊断检查和维护,对及时发现问题、延长换能器使用寿命、保证性能良好具有非常重要的意义。%Gas ultrasonic flowmeter transducer is the transmitting and receiving device of ultrasonic, the key component of measuring sound velocity and gas velocity, and also the only measurement component of flow meter that directly contacts with natural gas. In using process, the performance of transducer will continue to fall, which will directly affect the accuracy of measurement, and cause the measurement error. It has very important significance to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of transducer for finding problems in time, prolonging the service life of the transducer, ensuring good performance.
