为了进一步提升风电场安全管理人员专业技能水平的提高，通过对目前我国风电场安全管理人员现状分析，明确了安全管理人员专业技能要求，从专业基础理论深度学习、构建考核体系、持续的专业技能培训、鼓励安全管理人员参与科研、注重人员沟通能力和情感培养等方面对风电场安全管理专业技能提升对策进行了探讨，并在辽宁某风电场进行了应用，收到了良好经济和社会效益，为我国风电场安全管理人员专业技能培养提供了新思路和新方法。%In order to further enhance the professional skills level of safety manager in the wind power plant, through analyzing the present status of the safety manager in the wind power plant in China, the professional skill requirements of safety managers in the wind power plant are determined. The measures of updating the security management professional skills of the wind power plant are discussed by some aspects, such as deep Learning of professional basic theory, construction of evaluation system, continuous professional skills training, encouragement of safety manager for the scientific research, attention on personnel communication and emotional cultivation and so on. And this method is applied to a wind power plant in Liaoning, it has get good economic and social benefits and provides new ideas and new methods for the professional skills training of safety managers of the wind power plant in China.
