怀化城市弱势群体的生存现状及对策研究

摘要

本文以怀化市为例，从分析我国城市弱势群体的生存现状入手，剖析了他们面临困境的主要因素，并在此基础上，提出了改进和完善弱势群体生活质量及社会保障体系建设的途径和措施。%This paper takes Huaihua as the example, based on the analysis of the current living situation of urban vulnerable groups in China, it analyzes the main factors of their difficulties. On this basis, this paper puts forward the ways and measures to improve and perfect the living quality and the construction of social security system.
