武汉二七长江大桥跨武九铁路立交桥施工技术与安全控制

     

摘要

武汉二七长江大桥武昌岸引桥上跨武九铁路,桥式布置为(45+60+45)m三跨变高度预应力混凝土连续梁桥,连续梁S2号主墩毗邻既有线,挂篮需跨越既有线上空施工,安全风险高、施工控制难度大。针对重大安全风险,采取施工天窗封锁要点计划,制定钻孔桩塌孔、挂篮坠落、物体打击、0号块支架拆除应对措施,保证了该桥安全、优质、按期完成,确保了施工过程既有线安全运营。%In the construction of Wuhan 27 Yangtze River Bridge Wuchang shore across Wujiu Railway, the bridge arrangement is (45+60+45) m three-span height prestressed concretegirder bridge, the continuous beam S2 main pier is adjacent to the existing railway, the hanging basket construction needs cross the existing railway, so the securityrisk is high and the construction control is difficult. For a major security risk, this paper takes construction skylight blockade point plan, formulates bored pile collapse hole, hanging basket fall against objects, 0# block bracket demolition measures to ensure safety, quality, schedule of bridge and the security operation of the existing railway in construction process.
