This paper mainly analyzes the quality control process of 200 thousand m3 POC new type of dry gas holder. The smooth production of project can be ensure by the strict quality control. The construction period, quality and economic benefit of it reach the highest level of the similar kinds of gas holder, and it also lays a solid foundation for the smoothly producing and reaching design capacity for COREX, and realizing the strategic goal of"one body two wings"in Bagang.%本文主要分析了八钢20万m3 POC新型干式煤气柜施工质量控制过程，通过严格的质量控制使工程顺利投产。无论是工期、质量以及产生的经济效益均达到同类型煤气柜中的最高水平，同时也为COREX的顺利投产、达产，实现八钢的“一体两翼”的战略目标奠定了坚实的基础。
