Ventilation resistance measurement is the basis of the ventilation system analysis and ventilation transformation of the mine. Through the ventilation resistance measurement and related calculation results of Luban Shannan Mine. This paper analyzes the ventilation situation of Luban Shannan mine and puts forward the suggestions on ventilation management.%通风阻力测定是矿井通风系统分析和通风改造的基础。本文通过鲁班山南矿的通风阻力测定及相关计算结果，对鲁班山南矿的通风状况进行了分析，并对鲁班山南矿的通风管理提出了建议。
