BIM技术在施工企业中的应用现状及价值分析

2002年，BIM技术首次被美国Autodesk公司命名，现如今BIM技术的运用与发展已是大势所趋。本文综述了BIM技术目前在施工企业中的应用现状，在此基础上分析了BIM技术对于施工企业的主要应用价值，并对BIM技术未来在建筑行业中的运用发展提出展望。%BIM was firstly named by Autodesk company in the United States in 2002, and now the application and development of BIM is pushed by the general trend of events. This paper reviews the current application situation of BIM in construction enterprises. On this basis, the paper analyses the main application value of BIM for construction enterprises, and puts forward the prospects for the future development of BIM in the construction industry.
