化学降黏技术在中深层稠油开采中的应用

     

摘要

The exploitation of the deep heavy oil is difficult, mainly due to the oil buried deep and large crude oil viscosity. At present, there are two exploitation ways for the middle and deep heavy oil reservoir, namely thermal recovery and cold production. This article describes the application of chemical viscosity reduction technology in the deep heavy oil mining. Chemical viscosity reduction techniques include emulsion viscosity reduction technology and oil-soluble viscosity reduction technology, the viscosity reduction formulation system of oil samples is selected and mixed through experimental method, and the both two technologies are widely used in the wellbore viscosity reduction and well stimulation aspects. In addition, the self-heating chemical viscosity reduction technology provides more choices for the cold production of deep heavy oil. This paper describes the principles of chemical viscosity reduction technology, the type and experimental evaluation of viscosity reduction, field application effect, and evaluates the adaptability of a variety of chemical viscosity reduction technologies.%中深层稠油开采难度较大,主要是由于油层埋藏深、原油黏度大,造成了开采方面的难题。目前,中深层稠油油藏主要的开采方式有两种,即热采和冷采。本文主要介绍化学降黏技术在中深层稠油开采中的应用。化学降黏技术包括乳化降黏技术和油溶性降黏技术,通过实验方法对油样进行降黏剂配方体系的筛选和复配,二者在井筒降黏和油井增产方面都有广泛的应用。另外,自生热化学降黏技术为中深层稠油冷采提供了更多的选择。本文阐述了化学降黏技术的原理、降黏剂的类型及实验评价、现场应用效果,并对各种化学降黏技术的适应性进行了评价。
