More and more flue gas heat-exchange facilities are used to enhance performance index by power plants. With reliable technical data, this paper demonstrates that flue gas heat-exchange facility is energy saving, but the economical efficiency subjects to local price of standard coal and water.%越来越多的电厂为了提高性能指标设置了烟气换热器，本文通过可靠的技术经济数据论证烟气换热器系统是节能的，但其经济性还需要根据当地的标煤价、水价等因素确定。
