基于OPM3的施工企业项目管理体系评价模型应用研究

摘要

项目管理体系量化评价作为评估和改进组织项目管理能力的重要手段，已得到国外众多项目型组织的认可和应用。本文把组织项目管理成熟模型（OPM3）与工程建设企业的特殊性相结合，从等级划分思想、评价指标体系及权重分析等方面，提出构建基于OPM3的工程建设企业项目管理体系量化评价模型的设想，并通过某企业实例证明项目管理能力评价模型可以科学、合理地对企业项目管理水平等级进行评价。%As an important means for evaluating and improving organizational project management capability, quantitative evaluation of the project management system has been recognized and applied by many overseas project-oriented organizations. This paper makes a combination of Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) and the particularity of construction enterprises, and from the aspects of gradingevaluation index system and weight analysis, to build a project evaluation model for construction enterprise based on OPM3.Finally, it proves that the project management capability evaluation model is scientific and rational through examplesstudy.
