广西利用FDI的特点分析

This article mainly analyzes the scale and the development of the FDI in Guangxi, the main investment areas and the main source of FDI, the foreign investment and so on. The main features of FDI in Guangxi are: the use scale change of FDI in Guangxi is not stable, the overall scale is small; there is a big gap between the FDI distribution in the three industries; Hong Kong and Macao, Taiwan, American, Japan are the main source of FDI;wholly foreign-owned and joint ventures are the main ways of investment.%文章主要分析了广西利用FDI的规模和发展历程，广西FDI的主要投资领域及主要的来源地，广西接受外商投资的主要方式等内容。广西利用FDI的主要特点为：广西利用FDI的规模变化并不稳定，总体规模偏小；FDI在三次产业的分布存在较大差距；港澳台、东盟各国、美国、日本等是主要来源地；外商独资经营和中外合资经营是外商主要的投资方式。
