The quality or performance of distribution channels is very important to manufacturers and distributors. It is the result of comprehensive effect of various factors in the channels. Channel quality reflects the channel management and the efficiency of resource allocation. This article uses QFD tool for the analysis and inspection of distribution channels, to provide basis for improving channel efficiency.%分销渠道的质量或绩效对生产商和经销商都非常重要，它是渠道中各种因素综合影响的结果。渠道质量反映了渠道管理和资源配置的效率。利用质量功能展开工具对分销渠道进行分析、检查，为提升渠道效率提供依据。
