核电站地下管网工程可视化进度管理应用

摘要

地下管网工程是核电站的一个重要基础设施。本文从工程项目进度管理的角度出发，对传统进度管理方法和基于可视化的进度管理方法进行比较，论证了可视化进度管理方法在地下管网工程上应用的可行性及优越性。%The underground pipe network project is an important infrastructure of nuclear power plant. This paper compares the traditional schedule management methods and the schedule management method based on visualization, and demonstrates the feasibility and superiority of visual schedule management methods in the application of underground pipe network engineering.
